Please let your group leader and SCCC staff know if you call 911. 

For facilities emergencies, contact your group leader.

In the event of severe weather, proceed to lower level rooms. Staff will be on call and in communication with your group leader.

Ice
You are welcome to get ice from the ice machine in the kitchen when members of the kitchen staff are present. There is also a white chest freezer right outside the back door of the kitchen filled with bagged ice for guests.

Keys
Keys are given to the group leader upon check-in. Please return all keys to your group leader before departure. 

Gate
Gates will close at 10:00pm on your day of arrival. Please contact your group leader for the gate code if you will need to enter the gates outside of normal office hours.

Assistance
Should you need assistance during your stay, please let us know. You may find SCCC staff at the kitchen for most of the day as meals are being prepared, or you may visit the office on Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Your group leader also has an after-hours number, should you be unable to locate one of our staff members.
